Fatma Berin Hanım, the daughter of Evliyazadeler, one of the families of İzmir and was born in 1946 as the third son of Adnan Bey from Katipzadeler. When he was still a child, his father Adnan Menderes was executed in 1961. After graduating from Ankara College, he completed his high learning at the Ankara Economic and Commercial Science Academy in 1968.
In 1970, he participated in the active politics he attended in 1970. In 1978, he continued to have a difficult time after his happy brother's young deaths. He was elected three times from the Justice Party in 1977, the Welfare Party in 1995 and the Virtue Party in 1999.
In 1991, he married Ümran Hanım. In 1994, Berin returned the lady to the Sahib. As the time allowed, the Çakirbeyi farm was also involved in the soil. For this reason, he states that the real profession was farming. Aydın Menderes, who was a deputy of Istanbul in the Virtue Party in 1999, resigned from the Virtue Party in the same year. On November 3, 2002, he became a candidate for Aydın deputy from DYP. He continues politics as a member of the DYP.
25 on November 25 was taken to intensive care with the aggravation of the situation. On 23 December 2011, he died in the hospital.
