We peel all the quinces and take off their seeds and put them in a big and spread pot. We add enough water not to cross the quinces. Add our food color and a glass of sugar. Without closing the lid, we cook the quinces over medium heat and then take it in another large pot. We fill our apples in another container and fill it into the cooked quinces and cook a glass of sugar, cloves and other quinces on a low medium heat by adding some of the water in the saucepan.
Take the cooked quinces on the plate where you will serve, and then decorate with bananas and pomegranates and cool completely. Quince dessert is ready to serve after cooling.
