Calculation of severance pay

Severance pay is one of the rules added as a deterrent to prevent the dismissal of workers while there is no valid reason when there is no valid reason.

Calculation of severance pay.

Severance pay = (the number of years of the worker) x (gross fee in the last month he worked.)

The upper limit of severance pay.
