What is genetic engineering

Genetic Engineering is a branch of science that examines human and animal genes.

The purpose of this branch of science is to change the hereditary characteristics of living things and work to give new functions to living things.

Science is named after the word `ge`. Current events of cloning and copying were investigated and applied by genetic engineers. The first event of genetic engineering was to copy wheat in 1960.
