Apple Cookie Preparation

Preparation:

Wash and peel the apples and grate. Add four tablespoons of powdered sugar, wait for five minutes until the juice is drawn and boil. Put walnuts and cinnamon when it cools down.

On the other hand, sift the flour and open the middle. Put oil, yogurt and baking powder into the dough, let the dough rest for fifteen minutes. Divide into 4 equal parts. Open each piece at a round dinner plate at half -inch intervals. First, by dividing the middle in two, then four and eight, obtain 8 triangles. Put the apple in the middle and combine the ends.

Then place it on the greased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on it.
