How to make a SLUMP experiment

This experiment to understand whether the concrete is smooth or whether the class is called a slump experiment.

SLUMP cone is used in this experiment.

Slump test cone is filled with concrete in 3 times and the concrete is swollen 25 times in each value. In fact, this number of swelling is a figure foreseen by the standards and can be changed according to the concrete class. After this procedure, the slump cone is drawn within 5 seconds by making a slight auger and the concrete in it collapses (this is the collapse of the concrete). The amount of collapse (in length) is measured.

It is an experiment with important results for deciding the consistency class of concrete in construction sites.
