What is sushi?
Sushi is a Far Eastern cuisine meal, rice and raw fish in a special moss is wrapped and eaten in that way. It is not a meal close to Turkish cuisine because it is algae and raw fish. Sushi's at home is a very laborious task and it is difficult to find materials. You cannot buy an imported fish like a blue salmon, especially from the normal fisherman.
