Rice are fried until they are separated from each other, do not fry and do too much. Then water and salt are added in sequence. It is kept on medium heat until the bubbles come out of the water. Then cooked with the lid closed over low heat. When you see the juice of the rice, it is taken from the stove and left to brew.
