What is Babagannuş?

Eggplant, tomato, green and red pepper is a Southeast Anatolian dish. Southeastern Anatolia is very famous, but unfortunately it is not known much in other regions. Some families in the region consume as a salad and some families consume as food.

Babaganuş Materials
