Water Pastry Materials:

  • 2 yufka
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 TABLE EBITORY YOGURT
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tea glass of oil
  • 2 tea glasses of water
  • 200 gr. White Cheese
  • 2 bunch of parsley

Water Pastry Preparation:

Lubricate the tray that will make water pastry with oil. Let's divide each of the dough into 12 pieces. Mix yogurt, eggs, milk and oil. Throw a finely chopped parsley into crumbled white cheese and mix. Sprinkle with parsley cheese on the dough. After putting the dough again on the cheese, pour the remaining yogurt milk mixture. After cutting the dough on the edge of the tray, put a cup of water underneath. Cook the pastry in a 180 degree heated oven, ie close to 45 minutes until golden brown. It means ready to serve after leaving.
